Lately, our M&A team was asked to legally support a listed company in solving a conflict between shareholders of another company, including undermining resolutions of the general meeting of shareholders.

The latest project within energy law regards comprehensive due diligence of legal issues within photovoltaic systems. The works are supervised by Paweł Łącki Ph.D. who also coordinates the works of the energy law department in our firm.

Our energy law department, supporting also other companies of the industry, is engaged in wind energy projects with their total power exceeding 350 MW. Our Insurance Law Department together with Rzeczpospolita organises Business Insurance Congres which will be held in Warsaw on October 25 2011. During the congres Marcin Orlicki Ph.D., Aleksander Raczyński Ph.D., Tomasz Sójka Ph.D. and Anna Konert Ph.D. will deliver speeches. The biggest insurance companies in Poland have decided to take part.
On 26 October 2011 our firm together with Rzeczpospolita organises a conference on The scope of the insurance coverage within the voluntary liability insurance. The lawyers of our business insurance department will be the speakers during the conference. Rzeczpospolita, Parkiet and Dziennik Ubezpieczeniowy are the media patrons.

Our business insurance department coordinated by Aleksander Raczyński Ph.D. was strengthened  on 1 October 2011 by Marcin Orlicki Ph.D. -a renowned specialist of business insurance in Poland. Thus, our team led by Macin Orlicki and Aleksander Raczyński has become one of the unquestionable leaders in the are of business insurance in the country.

The firm prepares Antitrust Compliance policy and provides training for one of the leading entities in the petrochemical industry. The project is coordinated by the firm’s partner Rafał Sikorski Ph.D..
