Tomasz Sójka Ph.D. Attorney at law.Managing Partner.
Graduated with a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He was a scholar at Oxford University, De Paul University in Chicago, and the TMC Asser Institute in Hague. In the years 2006 - 2008 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw. 

 He is an academic at Adam Mickiewicz University where he lectures commercial and civil law. Tomasz Sójka specialises in company law and particularly in the regulation of capital market as well as trading in securities law. His academic output includes a number of publications within the subject matter.
His business practice includes legal counsel in the completion of a number of capital market transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital restructuring, public and private issues of securities (shares, bonds, subscription warrants). Numerous public companies on a regular basis benefit from his legal counsel regarding the compliance with company information obligations and principles of corporate governance. He also participated in many litigations and arbitrations connected with conflicts between the shareholders of the largest companies.
